Delivery Health Checks
We recognise that Projects and Programmes can be at different stages in their lifecycle and therefore offer three types of health check:-
- Business Case (5 days)
- Do-Ability (10 days)
- Full Review including Technical Solution (20 days)
Organisation, Dept or Function Health Check
Our Organisation Health Checks can review the organisation as a whole, an individual department or a function. The aim of the health check is to understand whether the focus area is functioning and operating as it needs to be in order to maximise efficiency and ultimately profitability.
The initial health check is fixed at 10 days duration allowing a good understanding of the observations, recommendations and to agree an action plan.
Regulatory Health Checks
SCP offers a number of Regulatory Health Checks covering Operational Resilience, GDPR Data Protection and Information Security. Typically dependent on the complexity of the organisation the Health Checks start from 5 days in duration.
As outcomes a full scoring and assessment will be performed resulting in a formal report of observations/compliance status, recommendations and an action plan to remediate the issues identified.
