Operating Model Review

"We engaged SCP to review our organisational structure and capability as we are looking to significantly scale in size in the future and we wanted to ensure that it was fit for purpose. We wanted to use SCP because we know we needed support, but we were nervous of engaging a large consultancy organisation and its related cost. SCP have now performed the initial review and proposed several recommendations which we are currently implementing. SCP have demonstrated their knowledge and expertise and provided a pragmatic and refreshing approach to ensure that we have an organisation that will support our demanding future needs.
